Beanstalk has an experienced team of intelligent Telesales professionals.  Our articulate appointment setters are experts in engaging in non-scripted conversation with senior-level Decision Makers. 

 

Our team are fully employed, salaried (non-commission based) and work from our specialist B2B outbound call centre in Chelmsford.  We are a close-knit team whose culture is professional but friendly, persuasive not pressurised. Our appointment setters and lead generators are of the highest calibre.

 

We see ourselves as an extension of your business, actively encouraging direct dialogue between you and the appointment setters that work on your campaign.  Our approach provides regular feedback and a two-way transfer of knowledge which helps us to continually develop our understanding of your business.   It also helps to provide you with valuable insight and market intelligence.

Beanstalk is owned and run by two Directors - Gavin Burt and Phil Swanson.

 

Phil is a classically schooled Sales Professional, having enjoyed market-leading sales training including Miller Heiman and SPIN selling. He has 20 years Demand Generation, Business Development & Marketing experience within the B2B Service Sector, working at a number of PLC’s including DHL, Adare and Wincanton, developing and managing high-performing Telephone Marketing and Field-based Sales Teams. 

 

Gavin spent several years as the Operations Director at a Lloyd’s Insurance Broker where he oversaw FSA compliance and technological innovation.  He has held Executive level positions for a number of PLC’s including Hays, Wincanton and Iron Mountain.  Gavin has a strong Customer Relationship Management ethos having completed an Executive MBA focused on CRM at a top UK business school.
