We’ve run a series of Telesales campaigns through Beanstalk to generate quality business leads for our Workplace Change & Relocation services.

 

Campaign objectives have ranged from cleansing data lists and qualifying requirements through to high-end conceptual appointment setting targeted at Senior / Director Level contacts with the Public Sector.

 

When we first used Beanstalk we also used a second telesales for an identical campaign in a different region but results, communication and overall quality of service was far superior from Beanstalk so all future outsourced Telesales will go through them.

 

The directors at Beanstalk clearly know their business and were able to demonstrate they know quite a lot about ours too!   They’ve got a great team of people who are intelligent and motivated which in my experience is half the battle.

 

We have worked close with Beanstalk before we launch into a new campaign to ensure the objective and qualification criteria are clear to both parties.  This briefing has proven invaluable as we have the confidence that Beanstalk is representing us well when making telephone marketing calls on our behalf.
